Ozark Applicators
About Us
Water Tower Restoration is our Specialty
Ozark Applicators, LLC, was started on January 1, 2001. We are equipped to sandblast, paint, weld, power-wash, inspect, and provide general maintenance on your water storage facilities. We are fully insured, bonded, and guarantee our work. Ozark Applicators, LLC, is enrolled and participates in a federal work authorization program (E-Verify).
When painting a water tower one of the most important steps in the process is the steel preparation prior to the paint application. If the steel substrate is not prepared properly before it is painted the coating may not adhere properly. It is instrumental to recognize and implement the standards that are set into place to achieve proper adhesion of the coating system. Darrin and I both have achieved our NACE Level Three Certifications giving us vast knowledge in the area of steel preparation and coating applications.
We have employees who are NACE level 1 and 3 certified, as well as, lead abatement certified, with all onsite employees being OSHA 10 certified.
Our Leadership
Ozark Applicators, LLC, is a family owned and operated business. My name is Penny Treadway. My husband, Darrin, and I are owner-operators of Ozark Applicators, LLC. Our company’s philosophies are based upon honesty, integrity, and hard work.
Darrin has been in the painting business his entire career and I have been in the business the last twenty six years. Together we have over 60 years of combined experience. Time and experience have given us the knowledge to build the reputation of our company.
Our Annual Inspection Program was created due to customer demand for a cost-effective yearly water tower inspection program to satisfy DNR recommendations.
We have an Annual Inspection Program that is one of the most important services we provide. This program was created to provide our customers with a cost-effective yearly inspection to ensure each of their tanks is operating in the cleanest manner possible.
This program began in 2004 and participation has continued to grow as regulations and recommendations have become more stringent.
Annual Inspections are done during the spring months so that any damage done to the water towers from the freezing winter weather are discovered before warmer weather brings out bugs and birds that could enter the water storage through torn screens or damaged hatches. The Annual Inspection Program helps provide the cleanest water possible!
When considering a contractor to provide services for your water storage facility, we suggest you contact MRWA, local engineers, Tnemec Paint Company, and other water storage facility owners, as regards to our reputation, abilities, and guarantee. We are very proud of our achievements and personal references and feel we can provide the best service available for your business.
It is our job to do the best for all of our customers!
Thank you,
Darrin and Penny S. Treadway
